16 JanNext Saturday at 2.30 out in St. Margarets the under 21 footballers contest their championship final. It would be great to have a large number of supporters there to cheer them on. We don't contest a lot of championship finals so please make the effort to travel. The annual adult presentation night takes place on Saturday 4th February in the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel ,Naas Rd. Tickets (€40) are available from Eve Talbot, Niamh Humphries and Fergus Parkinson. The club needs as many members as possible to attend as all the proceeds from the night will go towards the new gymnasium development in the club. As we head into the new playing season, we are putting out a call for any member, old ,young, past or present to make 2012 the year of the volunteer. Our juvenile teams need 3+ mentors per team. The job involves training/coaching once a week and a game at the weekend. The more people doing the work the less each individual has to do. The club LOTTO was won this week. The numbers were, 2-16-18. Next weeks jackpot will be €1000. Live music continues in the members bar every Saturday night and Bingo every Wednesday.
